Le Blanc fruity highlighting citrus fruits and hintsLe Blanc is the fresh white blend from Domaine Nvice, made from all the estates Chardonnay and Savagnin vines around Poligny in the Jura. Half of the grapes are macerated on the skins, while the other half are directly pressed, then everything is blended and aged in neutral fiberglass tanks. This mix of methods gives the wine both brightness and gentle structure: direct press brings purity and lift, while the macerated part adds a bit more body and a
